When placing an order we ask for your name / address / phone number / email address. This is needed for us to be able to process your order and advise you of progress stage by stage. We NEVER ask for your Bank Account or Credit Card details.

What happens with the data you enter in the shopping cart?

These data (your name / address / phone number / email address) are send and stored on our secure web server.

When you place an order we receive these data from this secure web server. We will then process your order. The data on the secure web server is deleted once we no longer need these details. We do NOT keep your data on this secure web server for any other reason than to process your order. It really is that simple!

Without cookies you would no be able to add products to the shopping cart. Without these cookies the website would not work so these cookies can not be switched off or blocked without affecting the functionality of the website.

We do however have installed 'Statcounter' and the aim is to know how many visitors we get to our website and from which country. With these 'Statcounter' data we can not identify you nor do we have any interest to do so. But if you wish you can block Statcounter when you visit our website by clicking 'personalize' in the top cookie bar. Apart from 'Statcounter' we have not installed any other programs and/or software.
